Major Update

I've been real bad at updating. Mostly because I update on my Mac and I have been relying on the laptop because of schoolwork. Things have turned around and I should be writing smaller posts more often now.

I finished my first semester of grad school with a 3.4 and it's only that low because I got a B- in one class I didn't like. This semester is a lot easier just because I've gone down from five classes to two.

Charlie, his family and I moved his stuff into our apartment last weekend. I'm so glad that it has central A/C because it was roasting the whole weekend. Sunday was spent buying random things that you take for granted at home such as a paper towel dispenser. That stuff really adds up; we spent about $400 on regular household items.

I worked on scouring the apartment because I really am untrusting of others cleaning. I still haven't cleaned the floors but that's because Charlie and I can't decide on a mop.

I read the new Harry Potter book. I couldn't put it down and was even walking around while reading it. It's totally awesome and I can't wait for the next one to come out.

My stuff is getting slowly moved up to Syracuse. My TV is already gone and I'll probably pack my other electronics tomorrow.

Hope everyone's summer is coming along ok. I'll post pictures of the apartment all decorated as soon as we find Charlie's battery charger in all the stuff.
